Once you jump, you can’t stop – until now.
Pringles, which is known for its iconic saddle-shaped crisps packed inside a cylinder box, has launched its first bagged food in more than 15 years.
The new Pringles Mingles crisps are not only packaged in a bag, but they are also shaped like a tie and puffed with air, giving them a different texture and taste than what customers love of the Pringles chips they know and love.
The air puffed foods are supposed to “melt in your mouth” and be “crispy on the outside and light and airy on the inside.”
Each large powder combines, or Oceanstwo flavors of Pringles. The three blended flavors include cheddar and sour cream, sharp white cheddar and ranch, and dill pickle and ranch.
While the beloved and iconic Pringles aren’t going anywhere, these new puffy products are here to stay and are now available in grocery stores nationwide, and food blogger @junkfoodjunction posted that they found new Pringles in Canada .
Naturally, people on social media are not thrilled about the change.
“Why are my Pringles mixed,” one user wrote.
“I don’t see the emotion for them at all”, commented another.
“Oh hell no… I need the tube… once you open the top don’t stop,” one person commented on People’s Instagram post.
“It’s not Pringles if it doesn’t come out of a can,” said another.
“Once you stop dancing, you can stop,” someone said.
Meanwhile, after two years of fan begging, Pringles announced the return of its second most requested flavor, Pringles Dill Pickle – as well as a return of their line of spicy Hot Ones.
It’s a big one dill for pickle lovers, because this time it’s not just a limited edition flavor. Like Pringles Mingles, the flavor is now a permanent part of the lineup.
In addition to the Dill Pickle, Pringles is heating up with the return of their “Hot Ones” flavors, inspired by the iconic Hot Ones sauces featured in the YouTube interview series.
Pringles lovers can get their hands on both Pringles Dill Pickle and Pringles x Hot Ones at retailers nationwide starting in October.
